THE wife of Eagles co-founder Randy Meisner has been fatally shot at the couple’s home in Los Angeles, police said.
,
TMZ reported Lana Rae Meisner63, was found dead in her Studio City home on Sunday, 1.5 hours after she called 911 to report a domestic disturbance. Police visited the home but left shortly after.
Not long after that, 69-year-old Meisner reportedly called police to report his wife had been shot in the head.
The ex-bassist told police his wife shot herself or was killed by accident as she searched for something in the closet, according to the site. He also said she had locked herself in a room before shooting herself.
