Lady Gaga splits with fiancé Taylor Kinney after five years together... as sources blame pressures of long-distance relationship

Lady Gaga has split with actor fiancé Taylor Kinney after five years.
The 30-year-old singer and 35-year-old actor are said to have ended their relationship earlier this month, according to a Tuesday report from TMZ. 
Last week, Gaga was seen without her engagement ring while she was out and about in Malibu. Taylor celebrated his birthday on the same day.
Sources told People magazine that the pressures of the pair's careers drove them apart, with both regularly travelling away from home.
Taylor filmed his hit TV show Chicago Fire on location for months at a time, while Gaga was often performing around the world.
'Their work kept them apart a lot,' an industry source told People magazine.  
Earlier this year, Gaga arrived at her 30th birthday celebrations wearing a gold band on her ring finger, instead of her diamond engagement ring, fuelling speculation the couple may have secretly tied the knot.
Gaga and Taylor have two pet pooches together, French bulldogs Koji and Miss Asia Kinney, but it's not yet known who the canines will live with.
The talented pair began dating in July 2011 after meeting on set of her music video for You And I.
At the time Taylor's career had not fully taken off, with his biggest role a recurring part in The Vampire Diaries. He lived with friends in San Diego, while Gaga was at the height of her fame.

The Chicago Fire actor popped the question on Valentine's Day 2015, but neither he nor Gaga have ever publicly announced a wedding date.
Indeed, while speaking to DailyMail.com back in January, Taylor insisted he didn't want to be involved in planning the nuptials.
'I’ll leave it up to her, that’s in her court,' he said, admitting the couple had not even set a date.
'We keep on, back and forth on dates, and I think it’ll just be a surprise,' he revealed.

Showing him what he's missing? Gaga proudly showed off her pert posterior in a skimpy one-piece for the day of fun in the sun
