Hearts of Oak set to sign highly-rated attacker Victorien Adebayor
Accra Hearts of Oak are set to hold talks with Inter Allies over the transfer of Niger international Zakari Victorien Adjé Adebayor for their 2019/20 league campaign.
The 23-year-old has emerged on the radar of the Rainbow boys as they want to beef up their set-up after losing their first two matches in the ongoing Ghana Premier League season.
According to a report filed by Kumasi-based radio station FOX FM says the board chairman of Hearts of Oak, Togbe Afedi is ready to break the bank to sign the budding talented attacker before the transfer window closes on January 13.
Adebayor has scored one goal in his two appearances for Inter Allies in the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League season so far.
He joined the Inter Allies prior to the start of the truncated 2018 Ghana Premier League season from AS GNN Niger for an undisclosed fee.
Adebayor was a member of the Niger national team that participated in the 2017 WAFU Cup and 2019 WAFU Cup staged in Ghana and Senegal respectively
